Delivery Policy

Orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, Eastern time to assure best effort same-day delivery, except Federal Holidays, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances.
Note: We do not deliver on Saturday afternoons or Sundays.
If the order is received too late to be delivered to the service we will attempt to deliver to a family member's home if it is within our local delivery area. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your order due to the availability of certain flowers or colors. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Every online order is reviewed by a floral designer before your credit card is charged so that if we have any problems with availability or questions we call you. We strive to keep our customers informed as to what they have ordered to make sure we meet their expectation. You may notice that there are not a lot of options for online purchase. We have purposely only offered items that are consistently available from our shop even on a short notice. We have many, many more options, but they are constantly changing. For a truly customized arrangement (we prefer each arrangement be customized) for your occasion, recipient, and budget please call or come in.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Except in rare cases (when we have brought in special flowers or a large number of special order flowers) a full refund is issued for a cancelled order if the flowers have not yet been arranged. If the flowers are cancelled after we have already arranged the flowers or delivery has been attempted then we will provide store credit for the full value of the order. If you are unhappy with your order we are always happy to do an exchange, but we do not give refunds for delivered arrangements except in exceptional cases.
